White T bears less caffeine than other teas.which is good for health

Please use a top quality , fresh tap or bottled water; never use water . Infuse your tea at the proper temperature and for the proper amount of your time . Prefer loose tea rather than T bags.
LooseT is better than T bag . The leaves kept whole. T bags contain T that’s choppy , allowing the flavors and oils to evaporate
1. For a 1 cup pot of T, add one teaspoonful of looseT to an empty T pot. Use more if you’ve got whole leaf T.
2. Heat a pot of water at boiling temperature. during a kettle. Adjust the temperature down by taking the pot of water off the warmth source. For T , leave the water off the warmth for about 1 minute.
3. Pour the recent water into yourT pot, over the dry looseT. Stir the contents often during this brewing period.
4. After the brewing time has ended, stir the T pot contents one last time.
5. strain the liquid with fine strainer to serving cups.
The basic brewing principles are an equivalent for T bags as for loose T.
Pot of T: Use 2 T bags to form a pot of T. T leaves in T bags are usually in a smaller pieces, T will brew a touch faster than with loose T. Dip the T bag into your predicament several times during the brewing time to stay the T well stirred. After brewing, remove the T bags. don’t reuse the Tbags. Serve it hot, or read on to form ice T.
Cup of T: Use 1 T bag for 2 or more cups by brewing but half a moment within the first cup, one minute within the second and 2-3 minutes within the third. strong T liquor needs more leaf or more time of brewing time
Any T type will work for ice T , but T is most ordinarily wont to make that perfect glass of southern style ice T .
1. Use double the quantity of loose Tor number of T bags to form a robust pot ofT.
2. Allow the strong T to chill slightly, then dilute with cool water to your required strength.
3. Serve immediately over ice.
